Terrible customer service. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know they are still in business with this level of service.

Our salesman Fernando Pena and everyone we dealt with there was awesome and bent over backwards to help. You could tell they all genuinely cared and are very knowledgeable in their profession. I would strongly recommend shopping them first for a car. We went there intending to buy 1 vehicle and actually purchased 2 from them that day, 1 slightly used and 1 new.

I do not have anything but positive words for our experience at Forest Lane. Everyone we dealt with there was awesome and extremely help throughout the entire process. They had a great selection of vehicles and the best prices we could find. We went in to buy one car and left with two (one for our teenage daughter who was not even looking to buy but found a vehicle she loved). Everyone from our salesman (Fernando P.) to the manager and financing officer walked her through the entire process on her first vehicle and treated her like an adult which we really appreciated. There was zero pressure during the process and we didn’t even try to haggle since the deals were so good already. Andrew C

Shopping local did not work for us. We made the drive to Dallas and I’m happy to say had a very nice professional experience from Forrest Lane CDJR. Not only did they have an absolute abundance of various package options and colors in the one type vehicle I wanted but the most informative, well trained and product educated salesman. This guy has every certification and bit of training you can have. There wasn’t a single question he could not answer and he answered everything honestly. There was no pushing. This salesman, Jesus, would have went and got me a car anywhere if I wanted it. He let Wayne and I talk, he throughly looked my Jaguar over and offered me a fair amount for trade. Gave me every discount their dealership offered and I drove away with a brand spanking new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fully loaded top notch every bell and whistle. I got far more for my money, the price I wanted for trade and didn’t have to haggle at all. Now I have a salesman that will get every bit of business I will ever have. I will never waste my time on car shopping anywhere else.

Best buying experience to date!
