Everyone at Volkswagen of Newtown Square was excellent. From start to finish I spent about an hour and drove off with my new lease, as promised. I would highly recommend Matthew and the whole crew at Volkswagen Newtown Square.

It was my first time servicing my vehicle. I had a long list of requests and everything was handled extremely well from the appointment making, the work performed on my car, and the pick up during lunch. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely be returning for more service work.

A bit pushy but otherwise ok..feel like things were still wrong when after vehicle was “fixed” Pull off the lot after the car sitting for two weeks with two flat tires and a nail in the back rear still never heard back from anyone about getting it fixed so every three days I have to go to Wawa to fill with air
