Genesis of Littleton picked up my vehicle for a routine

Genesis of Littleton picked up my vehicle for a routine oil change on Jan 7th. They wrecked my vehicle - which only had 4k miles on it - on the way to the dealership. Although the photos appeared to be only minor scratches - not even a dent - the repairs they claimed were over $21k. They committed to me from the start to covering all my car payments while they had my vehicle, and said it should only take a couple of weeks bc the damage was minor. They held my vehicle for 13 weeks, and when the time came to honor their commitments, they called me a liar and refused to compensate me for my car payments while they had my vehicle. For $21k+ of damage, I was offered $500 in depreciation of value. They told me that they never offered to cover car payments (blatant lie from them) and said, “anyone could’ve wrecked it - could’ve been you.” But it WASN’T - it was their team, yet they cowards away from doing the right thing & honoring the commitments made to me. Also, when they picked up my vehicle, it had 4,473 miles on it, and when I picked it up it had over 4,540 miles on it. The dealership is not even 9 miles from my home, and the repair shop is 2 miles from the dealer, or less. How did they put over 67 miles on my car? When asked, they pointed fingers at each other and each said, “yeah, seems like a lot… wasn’t us.. ask the other guys….” I had to deal with multiple people from the dealership + 2 separate insurance companies and spent hours on the phone all to be told, “tough luck, couldn’t been your fault…. You’re a liar. Here’s $500.” Don’t let these guys drive your vehicle unless you don’t care if they wreck it. This was able absolute nightmare experience and they acted as very stereotypical “used car salesmen” in the way they lied and communicated to me. I purchased my vehicle from an out of state dealership and speaking to that dealership THEY advised me to sue Genesis of Littleton for this outrageous situation. The dealership I purchased my vehicle from told me how they would have managed the situation - including honoring the car payments (let alone the insurance, time away from work, a reasonable depreciation of value…) and said each dealership has insurance that COULD HAVE COVERED what was promised to me, they just chose not to. Criminals.

The dealership was wonderful.

The dealership was wonderful. Ricky was welcoming, attentive and listened to our concerns. He took time to fully understand what we wanted and showed us the cars that fit our needs. He never tried to upsell.

This is a very nice, clean, modern dealership that exemplifies the Genesis brand. We were treated very well by Ricky. We knew exactly what we were looking for, so the buying process was smooth. They were exceptionally busy, but were accommodating and respectful of our time. A great experience all around.

Ricky has been so great since day 1.

Ricky has been so great since day 1. Patient and listens to what you are looking for! Sent me options for about a month before I came and bought an amazing Genesis. He walks through the way to use all the tech and just love the experience and most of all the car! Thank you Ricky and Genesis of Littleton!

Ricky Banegas acknowledged who I was when I walked in the door with a warm and friendly greeting. He welcomed my into the Genesis family. He was knowledgeable about your product. Walked me through the process, answering all questions to the point of understanding.
