We recently purchased a GV70 from Genesis of Littleton,

We recently purchased a GV70 from Genesis of Littleton, working with Ricky, our salesman. We've purchased from McDonald Automobile Group several times in the past. Each time we've had great sales support without feeling we were pushed to close. The great majority of the car's features met our requirements. Working with Ricky Banegas was a great pleasure. Also, Russell Michelson made the financing process quick and easy.

I purchase a GV60 remotely.

The sales, service team and all of the staff at Genesis

The sales, service team and all of the staff at Genesis of Littleton deliver exceptional customer service. Although there were instances of lapsed communication, the quality of work and commitment to do the right thing made this an impressionable experience. They went far above and beyond to make the sale and service nothing less than remarkable, exceeding every expectation. I would highly recommend anyone considering business with this dealership to consult with Kyle in sales, and Manny Cerda, Rob Groves, and Tim Velasquez in service.

Terrible car lot.

Terrible car lot. Service department is rude and terribly disappointing. Sold me a car advertised with heated seats and when I called to tell them the heated seats do not work and it was not advertised correctly. I was told that since the heated seats are in the vehicle, it is advertised correctly. There was no guarantee they’d work. Terrible service and refusing to fix it.

I had a very pleased experience with Genesis of Littleton

I had a very pleased experience with Genesis of Littleton with a purchase of a 2023 GV60. I worked with both Ricky and Cody and they answered all my questions, no pressure and the whole process was painless. Cody did a wonderful job walking me through all the tech of the GV60. A day after pickup I had some follow-up questions, and I received prompt responses from Cody. Also, the finance manager, Russel was great, he explained all the add-ons warranty and never pressured me like other dealership do. I will definitely recommend this dealership and continue to do business with them.

Very very poor service.

Very very poor service. Had my GV70 in for a recall and regular maintenance. Used the valet service which is a big selling point when buying the car. Picked up my vehicle at 8:30am. At 3:30 I called checking on it. It was just going in for the recall. At 4:30 I called and they said it was done but did not have time to wash it. When I asked about the oil change he said they forgot to do it and can they reschedule. I rescheduled for today 7/29/24. Car was suppose to be picked up between 9:30 and 10:30am. I called at 11 and 2:30pm and they said they have no valets and could we reschedule. I told them never mind I'm taking my business to Genesis of Golden. Hopefully I'll have a better experience.

Purchased a Genesis GV70Sport 2.

Purchased a Genesis GV70Sport 2.5 from Haley B in September 2023. Invested $69K in a car with no follow up on her part after the sale. She's all about selling you a car but does not follow through with any customer service issues after the sale. The general manger, Vince, is in the same category as well. Have owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus prior to purchasing a Genesis. This experience with McDonald Automotive has been nothing but a BIG disappointment. We're really questioning our decision to do business with this dealership.

Very poor service.

Very poor service. I had a warranty issue that they would not honor. Also they allegedly serviced my car but didn't email me an invoice so I don't know whether they actually serviced it. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Tomorrow I am filing suit, I am a lawyer. Bruce Heilbrunn.

We had such a fantastic experience with this dealership

We had such a fantastic experience with this dealership and Haley B. In particular. The whole process was very smooth with no pressure. She answered all the questions that we had and was very patient. I would definitely purchase from this dealership and Haley again.
