Service / Warranty Repair

I would have appreciated better updates on the status of the repair. I expected calls on Thursday and then on Friday which never happen. I finally called on Saturday and found out the car was finally ready. Tiffany was great.....the communications went down hill to whoever was covering for her at the end of the week

10 Stars **********

As usual Critz BMW did a fantastic service job. Although my BMW convertible is 6yrs old, it needed a new battery. The only disappointing factor is that Critz BMW does not offer a Car or Ride Service from Savannah to Richmond Hill, GA :(

Service Writer

Tiffany was the service writer. She was very attentive and covered all the bases. She was informative knowledgeable and courteous. I is obvious customer care is a priority at Critz.

I was seen as I arrive and was given loaner. when I returned all but one problem was complete except one thing a part had to be order for.

2016 X4

I took the 2013 X3 for the repair. While I was waiting, I saw a new 2016 X4 and I like it and I bought it. The salesman Jim Kowalchuk was just great helping me with everything. I and my wife normally deal with Jim and I would recommend him to everybody who is looking to buy a new or a used BMW.
