This dealership has a very professional and pleasant customer-oriented atmosphere. Our experience was actually one of the best we've had purchasing a car. We never felt pressured at all, and the sales rep, Kirk, was awesome answering all our questions and finalizing the sale price. It took a little longer than we expected, but that was not the dealership's fault. Some very "meticulous" customers got in front of us at financing and bogged everyone down. Management was very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate us for our extra time. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody considering a VW in the coastal empire or lowcountry.

My wife and I went in to purchase a bigger vehicle for our expanding family, very hesitant of doing this from the start. Car buying has never been a favorite of ours! We were directed to Joe Roberson, who gave us, hands down the best car buying experience of both of our lives. Having bought many vehicles, as our family has expanded, we have developed much disdain towards car sales in general. In all of our past experiences it has been very obvious that the concern was getting as much money out of us as possible. Joe, however, contradicted all of that. With his warm smile and great personality he actually made this car buying experience pleasurable. He understood our budget and worked hard to get the deal in our price range. He stood by every word on his end of the deal, stayed in constant contact with us, and by the end it felt like we were buying from a family member, instead of your typical sales man. I can not say enough good things about this man or dealership and I will go out of my way to send others there in the future. They can count on our return business in the years to come.

I worked with my dealer, Ray, for a little over a month. He checked in with me each week. They had the vehicle I wanted from the get go, just not the color I originally wanted. Finally I decided to get the one on the lot, I wasn't pushed to get it. I had to be driving the whole team crazy trying to find a certain vehicIe. I absolutely love my new car. Everyone I worked with was great! From sales to finance. This is the first dealership I've dealt with that went about and beyond during my time dealing with them.

Kirk took his time in a very low key and non picky way, identifying our needs and sending helpful emails when a car that fit our criteria came across his radar. I am very satisfied with this entire experience with the Volkswagen dealership and personnel. Sometimes the process is long and painful but at Volkswagen it ran like a well oil machine. I felt like all my needs and concerned were heard and met.

The salesperson, Thomas Edminster, was extremely knowledgeable concerning the car's features.. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in the car. There was no pressure in purchasing right away. The bottom line price was just that. There were no games played back and forth as to what the best drive away price would be. The Manager, Angelo Minichello, was also very easy going and applied no pressure as to our purchasing. We have recommended this dealership to anyone that will listen.
