I worked with my dealer, Ray, for a little over a month. He checked in with me each week. They had the vehicle I wanted from the get go, just not the color I originally wanted. Finally I decided to get the one on the lot, I wasn't pushed to get it. I had to be driving the whole team crazy trying to find a certain vehicIe. I absolutely love my new car. Everyone I worked with was great! From sales to finance. This is the first dealership I've dealt with that went about and beyond during my time dealing with them.

Kirk took his time in a very low key and non picky way, identifying our needs and sending helpful emails when a car that fit our criteria came across his radar. My wife and I really appreciated his time and efforts and are extremely satisfied with the level of service we received. Would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone in the car search!

I am very satisfied with this entire experience with the Volkswagen dealership and personnel. Sometimes the process is long and painful but at Volkswagen it ran like a well oil machine. I felt like all my needs and concerned were heard and met.

The salesperson, Thomas Edminster, was extremely knowledgeable concerning the car's features.. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in the car. There was no pressure in purchasing right away. The bottom line price was just that. There were no games played back and forth as to what the best drive away price would be. The Manager, Angelo Minichello, was also very easy going and applied no pressure as to our purchasing. We have recommended this dealership to anyone that will listen. Saw a car on the lot that we thought would be perfect for our daughters first car. Stopped in and had an excellent experience working with Ray Fernandez. Both he and Catherine Murphy made the whole process enjoyable. Will definitely recommend them to friends and I look forward to working with Ray on my next purchase.

I worked with Jason over the phone, but worked with Margaret at the dealership. I could not have been more pleased! She was very knowledgeable and knew everything about the vehicle I was interested in. She was wonderful, not only to me, but also with my daughter. She did not push me into buying my vehicle like most sales persons do, which I greatly appreciated. Margaret really helped me get my awesome new vehicle at the price that I wanted! I also want to mention that we did have to wait a bit longer than they liked to sign financially for the vehicle and Jason went above and beyond and brought my daughter and I some food. (This was the only time we were left alone, was during our dinner.) He didn't have to do that, it sealed the deal on me telling my friends about coming here if they're looking for a vehicle.

I bought a used car here in January 2016. The car had been filled with head gasket fix. This became apparent only after taking it home. Yes it was a no warranty sale, and was told so many times, :), but it was obvious this was a patch job. I am certain in my heart at least that the managers and the mechanics at Savannah Volkswagen Used Car lot knew this car had major mechanical concerns. The car lated about 400 miles and had to sell it as junk. I would highly recommend shopping from a more honest dealer. This is my opinion only.
