I'm verry satisfied with the service and especially with RAY FERNANDEZ. He was honest about the fact that he didn't know all there was to k ow about my particular vehicle but put in all effort to figure everything out that he could. He was with me every step of the way and has stayed in touch weeks/ months after my purchase. The entire staff and financing team are awesome.

In speaking with Dan during the coarse of a week about the used vehicles available he seemed to be very familiar with the inventory and very helpful when we arrived at the dealership to veiw our choices. He highly recommended the Pontiac we chose. So far so good. Dan was not pushy and very pleasant to work with. We were not particularly happy with the stereo system in the vehicle in which they worked in a new system in our deal to be installed. Sweet !

We already had a Volkswagen so we went to buy another because we really liked it. Thomas Edminster was our salesperson and he was amazing with getting us everything we wanted and at the right price. He stayed with us the whole process .even when it was pass his work time. He made sure thru the process that we were well take care of. He still contact us days after to see how we were doing and how satisfied we were with our new vehicle. To tell you the truth I love my car and thank Thomas for all the help and the time he spent with us making us comfortable with the whole process.

Thomas is a courteous, no pressure sales advisor who is straight with customers. When Thomas tells you the parameters of a deal he does not vacillate later or try to go back on what he said. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and his trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Thomas, the man who sold us our new Passat.

I so much enjoyed my day here meeting Joe, Ray, Kristi and Daniel, and a few my brain can't remember their names BUT their service I will ALWAYS remember. I suggest if you're looking for a car just go by and visit this team that woks like a hand in a glove, they all work together to make YOU happy, many kudos Joe and team, loving my convertible Volkswagen !!!
