Very disorganized.
Very disorganized. Had my Kia in twice for a recall for a total of almost 6 hrs. Second time I was told wait time would be 1 1/2 hrs. Arrived at 8:15, did not get out of there until 12:00.

Staff are friendly.
Staff are friendly. Left my 2024 Seltos while on vacation for 9 days because my warning light to check AWD has alerted me on 2 separate occasions and they were unable to determine what is causing it on both occasions. Unfortunately, the light did not come on for the nine days that the service department had it and drove it. Four days later, it came on again for me. Only 4000 miles on this vehicle and this is the third time I have had a warning for the all wheel drive and have no idea if it’s even safe to drive. Happy with the staff, unhappy with the vehicle.

The members of the service department at Matthews Kia took care of the required recall service in under one half hour as well as cleaning and vacuuming my car. A HUGE improvement on Healey Kia of Newburgh, NY where it took a minimum of 3 hours to perform similar service. Thank you Matthews Kia.
