Dylan took the time to go over all of our questions and answered them all completely. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and did not seem put out in the least when we wanted to think about this purchase he went over the top and he had no idea if we were going to do the sale or not. He’s a very big asset to your company.

This review is off my last visit.

This review is off my last visit. Service is normally great when I am there. This last time was told an hour for an oil change and was waiting just over two hours just for an oil change. I would have been just over an hour but my car was parked out in the lot when it was done for an hour and no one came out to let me know. I know people have busy days or off days. This is to let you know something was going on that day. I also was not the only one that waited while their car sat in the lot.
