I have been having my car serviced at the dealership

I have been having my car serviced at the dealership since my mother and I bought it in 2017. Every experience there is FIVE STARS. I feel like family when I go. Even the gentleman who sold us the car, Steve, remembers me and stops over to say hello. It is a very professional environment...with a family feel. I also feel free to call and talk to the service department when I have a question. They are the very best. That's why I don't go any place else...ever!

I have almost had every visit to this service center go

I have almost had every visit to this service center go without a hitch and with those visits, communication was always there. Sometimes not to the correct phone, but regardless of how they contacted me, there was never an issue with contacting them or getting an answer to my questions. Would recommend them.

Just left for a warranty repair and what was totally

Just left for a warranty repair and what was totally covered at 9:00am was not totally covered at 4:00pm. The issue was being totally covered when it was a repair but when it was realized that it could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, everything was not covered. They were now charging us for the labor which was a couple hundred dollars. When you pay for the warranty, they should honor the warranty. Would not recommend Matthews Kia of Blakely for any types of service issues.
