Brought it in for a backup light issue that I described correctly. Suggest I bring it in. Was told there are no backup lights besides the center license plate area one. Wasted 2 hours to get told it's fine the left and right lights are inoperable on my 23 Sportage .Should know their cars well enough to know that.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I wanted. I did not feel pressured to buy anything on the spot. It made the car buying experience so much better.
