When I arrived at the dealership for service, I did not have to wait at all. A service representative, I believe his name was Mike, was Johnny on the spot to help me. I am handicapped, so he offered to assist me in getting my scooter out of the car. He was so helpful in every way. He also kept me informed, step by step, what to expect. Excellent job!
