Josey has always been informative and kind. Austyn was especially attentive and helpful. He was able to trouble shoot an alert on my dashboard and went out of his way to correct it.

I’m new to this brand & dealership.

I’m new to this brand & dealership. My first impression was not good. I think this dealership has potential, just needs customer service training. My overall issue was somewhat addressed. For the price you pay for the vehicles ( Genesis) customer service should be A+.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. I was greeted immediately and the work was done very quickly. Everything was done to make me comfortable and I was updated about the progress of the work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very nice dealership with a large inventory. Gave me a fair price for my trade in and on a new lease. The entire experience from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my new car was excellent! I recommend Glassman to friends and family. They should definitely be on your short list.
