Let me start by saying Kia glassman in Southfield

Let me start by saying Kia glassman in Southfield Michigan is one of the greatest dealerships in my opinion because of Eugene. This man made me feel comfortable buying a car. I hadn't brought a car in 27 years because of my last experience with Jorgeson Ford and I expressed that with everybody I run into I hate it that car dealership. Mr. Eugene restored my faith and trust in salesman dealerships in general. He was very personal. I felt very comfortable. I'm an outspoken person so was he so it worked out good no hidden fees no pressures I knew upfront what I was expecting and the experience was awesome.

This was our first interaction with Glassman Subaru.

This was our first interaction with Glassman Subaru. The sales associate was fantastic. Negotiation process was a bit antiquated. I'm a big fan of simply being offered the best price and not the back and forth, threaten to walk out to a different dealership, etc. However, overall experience made up for that. I got exactly what I wanted, no forced upsell, and walked away feeling great.

I negotiated my purchase from out of town by email and

I negotiated my purchase from out of town by email and phone. I worked with Mohamad Amin, Ethan Cimini, Jeffrey, Ken Cucchi and everyone did what they said they would. My wonderful 2025 Forester Touring was sitting out front ready for me when I arrived. I've had 2 sessions with Ken Cucchi to learn how to operate all the features in my car. So far, I love it.
