Disappointed with unnecessary and excessive service

Disappointed with unnecessary and excessive service charges. I brought in my 2-year-old Toyota Sienna expecting a routine service — oil change and tire rotation, as per Toyota’s factory maintenance schedule. Instead, I was charged $850 for multiple dealership-recommended services that were not required by Toyota at this mileage. I’ve regularly serviced my vehicle here, but this visit left me questioning their practices and customer focus. It’s disheartening that a loyal customer is upsold services without a clear explanation or proper alignment with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Be cautious — ask for a breakdown and confirm what’s actually required by Toyota before approving any work. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this dealership for servicing.

Efficient but no internet access which i was trying to

Efficient but no internet access which i was trying to get some work done on laptop. Went to parts desk to get touch up paint. He could not locate vin number to order. Initially thought service has not inputed but went back 3 times. He could have walked out to get vin number. No extra effort to help customer?? Brought 2 toyotas car in for aervice on same day yesterday but different person each time. The old days where personalized and saw same person are gone felt more assembly like than in past. Trend of future they seemed stressed. Never got the touch up paint!

Lamont did a great job communicating what was going on

Lamont did a great job communicating what was going on with my car. He showed me an inspection video. He also made sure the car was washed after the repair. He was very personable.
