FANTASTIC!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with EJ Roessel. He was informative and answered all my questions and made car buying fun. He introduced me to Scott Wilbers GSM who worked to get me the right payment and I then met with Will Loomis in fiancé.to seal the deal. Hats off to all of you for your participation in making this an easy stress free encounter. I would also like to do a shout out to the friendly and cordial receptionist who greeted me upon my arrival and to Monte Hall . Monte was kind enough to show me a Wrangler while EJ was detained when I arrived. Thank you all...

Great experience!

The folks at Pollard Jeep were great to work with--responsive, accommodating and helpful. I was in and out with a (practically) new Toyota in 3 hours! I believe the process was so smooth because I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted on car gurus, as well as get financing approved ahead of time, so many of the details were worked out up front. E.J. and Will worked with me to figure out how to finance the tax and licensing which was a bit complicated due to me living in another state. Thanks to all of you who made this a surprisingly enjoyable experience, something hard to come by in the car buying world!

Great Experience

Once James Mayfield started to help us with our Jeep purchase we knew we were in the right hands. Unfortunately the first sales person who approached us was not the right fit. James and Will both made a long process more enjoyable. Connor helped out too during a conflict that James had.

Great Experience!

We worked with Mark, Scott & Will at Pollard Jeep and they are the best!! So helpful and took care of all of our needs. We went to help our kids buy a Jeep and wound up buying a car ourselves. Even though they were super busy they tended to us and never kept us waiting to long. They treated us like friends and not just another customer. This is by far the best experience I have had with buying a car!!! I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to everyone. M&B Strand

So amazing we bought two!

The start was a little rough but Mark C was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Even though he was running around like crazy, he made sure we had everything we needed. We drove two different vehicles with them and many others with a variety of dealerships and this was by far the best place I have ever dealt with. We asked our parents to join us and they loved them so much they bought a vehicle too! I could not speak more highly of Pollard Jeep! I'm sorry I can't remember all the other amazing employees names that helped us but I did not meet anyone I did not like!

Never thought this would happen...

I have never owned a car newer than 10 years old. My husband surprised me this week by buying me a 2017 Jeep Compass. He was able to get a great interest rate and a payment we can afford - all From his office. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like friends, not customers. Friendly, easygoing staff answered alk questions and made this a great surprise for my husband to pull off for me. I will absolutely tell people to come here.

Surprise gift for my wife

I had a great experience. I work in Denver so timing was tough to get to Boulder to look around. Between Audrey, E.J. And Min, everything was taken care of during the day via phone and email. When we arrived at the dealer, my wife's surprise was sitting at the front door waiting for her to test drive and approve. Once that was done, Will handled the paperwork and got us on the road.
