My first Jeep

I worked with both Mark (sales) and Will (finance). Mark's style of helping you enjoy a Jeep experience - before and after the sale, was great. He has always responded to me a valued customer - even after the sale!. Will-a man that gets the value of a customer! Thanks for making my first and first new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon such a 'memorable' experience. Love you two!

Positive experience purchasing a used vehicle

My partner and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pollard. The experience was a positive one. We worked with Frank Dickison, Kaytlin Pearson, Will Loomis and Min Pederson. The whole team was very professional and had a great deal of knowledge on the vehicle and process of purchasing a used car. I would recommend Pollard to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle at a good price.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales and service staff.

Not only did our salesperson help us throughout the sale, but even after the "papers were signed" he continued to provide excellent service. He also took the time (again, after the sale) to instruct us on the use of the on-screen and other features of the Jeep. Very helpful!

I had a great experience today looking at different jeeps. The sales guide was extremely nice and helpful. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in a new car with a little extra.

Our sales person Mark Chambers made the experience perfect from start to finish. We were contacted regarding the vehicle we wanted immediately and he was knowledgeable about what the vehicle offered. He was very considerate of our time and worked within our financial parameters.

How Refreshing

Everyone at Pollard was knowledgeable, cooperative and honest. After a day of looking around for my car, I was beginning to wonder if this profession, like so many other professions, had people you could trust and persons who actually took pride in their calling.
