All started with a phone call where I met Justin Smith in sales. Super knowledgeable and a get it done kid. Gave me several options for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler (build, trade), upgrade to a used rubicon or buy new. Went with a new 2014 wrangler that Pollard lifted and put new rims and 35" tires, awesome and was done within a day. Justin is the man and their finance dept also found us a better rate for the loan. Don’t buy a used car anywhere else! We bought a used car from Pollard Motors and the entire experience was PHENOMENAL! From the beginning to end they were amazing to deal with. Furthermore, we cannot say enough good things about Joe in their sales department. He was honest, nice, not sleazy or pushy at all, and was more than patient with us as we test drove it for literally hours on end. He put up with our incessant nit-picking about every little detail, from having small scratches touched up to having the AC topped off with Freon. Joe seriously went above and beyond, he answered calls with questions on the weekends, in the evenings and after all he had to put up with, he STILL gave us an amazing deal on the car, I think we may invite him to thanksgiving dinner. Lastly, about a week after we purchased the car, it had a small issue with the cooling system. We contacted Joe in the evening, he got us into the shop the very next morning and they covered the cost of the entire repair and were nothing but wonderful through the whole thing. We would not hesitate to buy another car from Pollard Motors and will be coming back for regular service as their service guys are second only to Joe’s amazingness.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland diesel for one of my sons for graduation. The vehicle was as described and priced very competitively. There was a momentary question about the price that was quoted but they honored the quote. People that stick to thier word are hard to find. I will buy another car from them in the future!

I had been emailng with Cory at Pollard for about a week back and forth going over options and similar. He stated he didn't have the exact one I was looking for but had one very similar if I wanted to come by and test drive it to get a good idea of what to expect. I showed up earlier than I had expected to meet with Cory. Another sales associate had walked up and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was there to meet with Cory to test drive the vechile we had spoken of. The other sales associate quickly got the Jeep in question located and got me on my way for a test drive. When I returned Cory was back and came over to greet me, the other sales associate introduced me to Cory and turned things over. I was AMAZED as this was never the behavior I've seen at dealerships in the past. Cory is a stand up guy and knows a ton about Jeeps and was more then happy to answer any questions I had in regards to them. All in all this was a great car buying experience with zero pressure and I ended up buying the Jeep I had gone in to test drive after I figured out I didn't need the other features I was looking for. I'd recommend the Cory at Pollard Jeep any day of the week to a friend seeking a new Jeep.

We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and drove into the Pollard Lot on our way though town. We were greeted by Justin and within an hour had reached a deal on a used 2010 Wrangler. This included a fair trade for our used car along with a purchase price we agreed upon. If it was not for the customer serice provided by Justin and Gabe, I am sure we may still be looking for a Jeep. Service arrangements were also made for a couple items due with the purchase and the experience was trouble free and accomodating.
