My husband and I went to Pollard to see the 2012 Jeep Compass's they still had. The salesman, Bob Griffith was friendly, casual and extremely informative before, during and after our test drive. I have some leg problems because of a difference in my leg's lengths and I was able to slide right into the driver's seat w no problem! The leather seats are so smooth and uncomplicated! Bob explained how easy it was to put into 4 wheel drive if there is rain or snow on the road. The ride was smooth and my 5 ft. 11" husband was very comfortable in the back seet, which is quite comfy. We returned to the dealership and talked to Bob about monthly payments. He talked to Tim Lathan who was friendly and not a bit wheeler dealer. When my husband (who pays the bills now) finally agreed to a payment we drove home in my dream car. It is loaded w wonderful accessories. I put my I phone info. in w no problem and can call handsfree now. I had been driving a ten year old Hyundai Santa Fe and thought of buying another one. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Justin at Pollard. We leased a Jeep Cherokee for our son. Our son attends the University of Colorado and we are in New Jersey. I just purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and Justin was very helpful throughout the entire process. Justin was very helpful in every aspect of making my purchase. He went through all the available options and choices I had when looking at a 2011 and 2013 Grand Cherokee.
