Beyond exceptional

Such a great and friendly atmosphere. The people there are truly looking out for the buyers best interest. There was no extra motive except to help us find our dream vehicle at the best price possible! Amazing customer service, super friendly, knowledgeable and overall the best dealership either my wife or I have ever been to!! If I could give them a better review or rating we would. Spectacular!

I am a car guy, and I go through a lot of cars... I’ve bought 4 cars now through Gabe, he always gets me the best price, on the vehicle I want. Very Kind and Efficient

When I got there they said there was a bay down and I would have to wait an hour before getting in. The place was so comfortable that the time waiting didn't even seem like an hour. Shelby talked to me on the phone to explain my free visits included with our purchase, and I was fortunate enough to deal with her at the dealership. She was so sweet and explained everything so professionally. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. My experience was great!

Not overcharged -

I needed some software checked on my Grand Cherokee and thought I would have to pay about $270. for the work. Turned out that I didn't need any work, and they wouldn't charge me for checking. Yippee! Always the very best service peeps - for almost twenty years. One of the main reasons I continue to be a customer of Pollard.

Excellent Service

Gabe provided personalized customer service without any pressure to buy. The selection of jeeps on the lot allowed us to find what we wanted without settling. The finance department was quick and helpful. Overall excellent service- would highly recommend!

Great experience!

I bought a jeep that had a few issues and they took care of them in a timely manner and did a great job! Everyone was very helpful and nice. I felt like they really cared about my satisfaction.

Fast and efficient check in for service from Cecilia

I appreciate good customer service and it is getting harder and harder to get it now days. And I have received it the last three times I have dealt with Pollard. Either buying my new Jeep Trailhawk for having it serviced.

Lease of new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Recently I turned in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee after completion of a 3 year lease. I was impressed with the trouble free performance and great service from Pollard. My decision to once again do a 3 year lease on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee was based on the great experience of the last 3 years.

Good but confusing

My salesman was very young. But very nice. I was looking for a new car, and he showed me a 2018 so I was very confused at first as to why the car had mileage. I later learned they used it to pick up parts. He didn't have business cards and neither did the F&I manager which I thought was strange. When I picked up the car, I opened the center console and found melted chocolate, some used tissues and a granola bar. They obviously didn't check the interior before handing it over to me. The F&I manager put the wrong address and had to redo paperwork, then forgot to add my downpayment, so more changes. I asked about service ratings and neither of them knew what the ratings were. Everyone was super nice, but it lacked professionalism.
