This was the fastest experience buying a car! My husband got on the Pollard Jeep found what he was looking for contacted Kaytlyn and set up a time to meet the following evening! We got to the dealership and the car he wanted was clean and pulled out ready for the test drive. After we went on our test drive came back got paperwork done! From start to finish we were driving out of the dealership in two hour! Great people and a great dealership!

Recently spent six of the most wasted hours of my life within this horrendous dealership. After making an agreement and being told the vehicle was "mine", I had the extreme displeasure of the next four hours being wasted with the finance manager (William). As this may sound like an over exaggeration of time, I set the timer on my phone to mark how long this torture would endure after the first 45 minutes of no result from William. Aside for the fact this vehicle was a custom vehicle, I would have walked out and spent the $50,000 ANYWHERE else to end this monotonous misery. The poor pleasure of sitting in an office being held hostage by William for over four hours was the closest thing to xxxx, this side of Earth. Based on the circumstances, I would never recommend or return to this stupendously terrible time sap of a dealership. Take my advice and please go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Save yourself the experience of what can only be considered as legal torture.

I purchased a remote start for my wife's Compass. And with the help of 2 employees it was done as a complete surprise and she won't know anything about it until Christmas morning. Audrey and Bob are amazing and extremely helpful. Thanks guys! Doug is lucky to have you!
