So I had my car worked on in the service department which can sometimes be a stressful and expensive experience. Eric was sent to pick me up yesterday afternoon and he truly changed my day for the better. Not only was he prompt and professional, he put a smile on my face and his positive attitude was contagious on the ride back to the dealership. This is the kind of guy you want to keep around and represent your brand. Who knows maybe he could be trained to be a salesman or service manager given some time. Thanks Eric for the outstanding service, I won't forget it.

The whole car buying process at Pollard was painless, efficient and very enjoyable! Monte was great! Working with Kaytlin made a usually miserable process fairly painless! She was not only super personable, but could answer all of my questions regarding the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk we bought. I recently brought my 2017 Jeep Compass in for an oil change. I recently had some minor surgery and haven't been able to get my girl as clean and fresh looking as I normally do. I was returned a car that looked and smelled brand spanking new! Everything was vacuumed, windows sparkled and she was absolutely perfect! I have had nothing but great service at Pollard, from the process of buying the car, routine service and even took a peek at her when someone bumped into her during a minor traffic incident! I have recommended the dealership to several people, and will continue to do so -- they are amazing!

We had an issue with an Engine light that came on and they took care of it and also did an Oil Lube and Filter and Rotated the Tires Thanks for doing such a good job and Mike and Andy were great to work with.

My title was lost in the mail and they got me a new one quickly. The service on initial buying of my Jeep Grand Cherokee was great too.

I went to Kaitlin looking for a Jeep Wrangler and ended up leasing a 2018 Grand Cherokee Altitude. She was very helpful and knew the cars inside and out. I am very excited to have such a beautiful new car and would definitely go back.
