We needed a 4 wheel drive car for our daughter to drive. Stopped by pollard where Connor was super helpful. He searched the state looking for the right vehicle and then we decided we really liked one here on the lot. Got a fair deal and lots of good info.

I worked with a internet sales person named Gabe. He was very keen to what I wanted in a new Jeep. The transaction was nearly effortless and a complete relief compared to my last new car purchase. Gabe arranged the Jeep to be delivered to my work and the paperwork was a breeze. Following my purchase Gabe called to make sure all was well, which I thought was unique. I also received a phone call and a letter from the Pollard Family congratulating me on my purchase. This was a surprise as well. This dealership is top notch. Would buy here again in a minute. The salesman- Spencer Elliott- was excellent in helping me find my wife's Jeep Renegade Trailhawk at the pricing point that it was affordable to us. Spencer, had all the documentation ready when we arrived to the dealer and all the numbers in the contract were the same as we had discussed over the telephone several times. Moreover, Spencer was very thorough in providing the technical specifications of the vehicle, pairing the iphone and providing all the details of the features. A sales pitch that Spencer used that made us decide in zooming in in doing business with him, is that the Jeep Renegade is desired vehicle size in Boulder because the restricted parking space that exist. Again, It was a wonderful experience
