Professional and attentive

I receive a call from Cheyenne Henderson from Land Rover of Farmington Hill July 17 , asking Would I be interesting in getting into a new vehicle . My answer was maybe tell me what you have to offer . Cheyenne asked me if I could come out the next day to look at the new at 2019 E-Pace , after meeting Cheyenne and discussing what I want it I was introduced to Tony Cross . I was told Cheyenne and Tony Will be working together to get me the best deal . Cheyenne and Tony was professional but also personal to make sure that I got when I really want it . Every thing went smoothly An On July 24, I I finalize the paperwork for my new vehicle a E-Pace 2019 . Want to say thank you to Cheyenne, and Tony for,top notch customer service , I have and I will continue to recommend you both to family and friends . I was also introduced to Brandson Duffy who is the product Specialist, who,came to my home in Romulus and show me the difference features . When I purchased my other vehicle from the other Jaguar dealership , I was told I live too far and they would not come to my home . Brandson also help me set up my garage door opener , with my other vehicle I purchased at the other dealership I had to pay someone to come and set up my garage opener . I truly appreciate the customer service at Land Rovers of Farmington Hill

Knowing what the customer wants

I have been with Jaguar of Farmington Hills for over 3 years now. I leased my first Jaguar there 3 years ago and recently upgraded it to a F Pace. The experience has been fabulous in terms of customer service, vehicle and the value provided. What truly made the difference is Garrett. He was there when I got the first one and he was there when I got the recent one. He is a through professional and not your typical car salesman who is trying to oversell you the car. He gave us the free space to evaluate the options and make the right decision. Another key person to my transaction was Cheyenne. She stayed in touch months ahead of my lease coming up for expiry, checked the options every month and communicated till I found what suited me. She made sure Garrett and I were connected and kept the flow of communication.

Great Experience

I had contacted several dealerships in order to secure a lease for a Jaguar F Type. Cheyenne reached out to me and I was then put in touch with Tony Cross. The entire experience could not have been better and they were both fantastic. I would highly recommend Cheyenne and Tony!

The process began with emailing Land Rover Farmington...

The process began with emailing Land Rover Farmington Hills about an inquiry on a car and was contacted immediately via Cheyenne, the concierge. She was able to answer all of our questions with rapid speed (which was important as we were looking to make a quick decision). As we got into working out a deal, we were passed to Tony Cross. Tony was amazing and was up front on everything and was extremely easy to work with. It made the process very smooth. Finance staff was also great as well as Brandon who helped us understand the detail behind the modern technology of our new Land Rover.
