I contacted the dealership 3 times and never received any response. Very poor communication skills

Sent email asking about a couple of their cars. NEVER received a response. Checked my Junk folder just in case. Never responded. They have a few cars that I am interested in but I don't think I will be traveling from the Cleveland area to look into them.

If I can give an award for a five star five gold diamond dealership, I would definitely give it to Steve the co-owner at RMS motors. The showroom is absolutely spotless. Never felt any pressure to buy, but within five minutes of driving our 2004 BMW 650 I convertible, Steve and I my wife struck a deal that made him smile and made me smile even bigger. I highly recommend RMS motors for honesty and their great work they do on these cars. I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase and would buy from Steve again without hesitation , great job my friend. Great doing business with you

Very clean dealership which to me goes a long way. Jordan, the lead mechanic was very knowledgeable and polite. I dealt with Steve and he was a man of his word. He took care of an issue and I was very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend RMS dealership.

The car that I went to test drive had the CEL cleared prior, I knew about the CEL which was nice honwsty on their part, but then they cleared it when i wanted to scan it to see the codes. Mechanic thankfully was honest about the issues. Lots of red flags from them, that was just the biggest. Do your homework prior to buying. I do believe most of the owners are honest and good people, one in particular, however, was not.

now understand why they sell cars with no warranty a month after purchase car is at Chevrolet dealer getting a patched shifter repair getting fixed properlyrepaired to the tune of 2000.00

This Dealership gets high marks in every category of customer service. With RMS Motors, details matter, and they proved that to me over the 30 day period it took to make my final decision. Other dealers I had inquiries with were "one and done". Not RMS. They were consistent with their communications over that period. The end result, I got the car I had been looking for. And the small touches they added to my ride again proved my point. Details matter with them. From first contact... to the day I drove my baby off the lot, RMS Motors was there. Thanks Madison!
