Our salesman, Jeff Testerman went above and beyond the...

Our salesman, Jeff Testerman went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us when we were looking at the Minis and after we decided to purchase the vehicle. He spent over 7 hours patiently answering our questions and providing us the answers we needed to be comfortable in making the purchase. I ended up buying the vehicle as a birthday gift for my wife and Jeff drove over 2 hour round trip to pick me up so I could surprise her with vehicle. The dealership also gave me a very competitive price after I provided data on regional selling prices. I would highly recommend Mini of Baltimore and Jeff Testerman. By the way, my wife loves the car! GF

Ok. So I had been thinking about a Mini Cooper. My Volvo died an untimely death and my daughter just finished her first year of college and my 16 year old son was now driving himself around. Didn't need an SUV anymore and I had long been fantasizing about really great gas mileage. The Mini is so darned cute and comes in a myriad of candy colors so I decided to go for a test drive. Walked into Mini of Balto. Co. without an appointment. Jeff Testerman was working at his desk, looked up at me, smiled and asked if he could help me. OK I thought, this is my salesman. I hope he's nice! Well he is REALLY nice, SUPER chill, and VERY competent! We took the Hardtop S for a test drive although I ultimately went for the Hardtop and the special leasing plan that was running until May 31, 2011 which basically was $199 a month for 3 years or 30,000 miles. My cap reduction was actually $5,500 and my monthly payments are $207. Close enough! Jeff spent an hour with me that first day. He fully explained everything in the car and then even let me walk around the expansive back lot filled with Minis in every conceivable color. I changed my mind 100 times about the exterior color and whether or not I wanted stripes, a sunroof or the cold package, and Jeff patiently listened and offered me feedback in a real, honest conversation. Jeff's approach is calm, friendly and no pressure. He knows what it is like to be the car buyer and he really wants you to be comfortable with your choices. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and in particular Jeff Testerman.

On the last day of March, in the evening, we strolled...

On the last day of March, in the evening, we strolled into Mini of Baltimore. I had just been in an accident which ended up in totaling my car. At the end of March, they were having a fantastic deal, 0.9% APR for 60 months and a free package to boot. As we were walking around the lot, Suki came out to greet us. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable on MINIs, which was great because we thought we knew about them, but she was able to really educate us on all of their great features. She was incredibly patient with all of our questions (which ended up being alot). I was concerned about them having the specific color combination I wanted, but when Suki took us to the back lot, it was like a MINI explosion! They have a great selection and if you want to personalize your MINI (which you will!!), they allow you to grab a loaner car while they work on it, so you aren't stuck in a car dealership all day. Overall, we were extremely pleased. We caught the MINI bug, and we are considering buying a second, of course with Suki helping us along the way.

I had a very good experience at Mini of Baltimore County....

I had a very good experience at Mini of Baltimore County. Greg Banker took a lot of time with us to point out the features of the car. He really listened to what we were looking for and focused on providing the best set of options for our needs. When we spoke to him about comparing different models, he was thorough and logical rather than trying to get us to make an emotional purchase. This was the best car buying experience I've had and I would definitely recommend Greg and Mini of Baltimore County.

This dealership is really the cream of the crop. I will never go elsewhere for sales or service. In addition, the MINI Executive program, which sells low mileage demo units, is an incredible bargain. It makes me mad that I waited so long to upgrade from Ford!

Mr. Jeremy Davidson was the sales person that assisted...

Mr. Jeremy Davidson was the sales person that assisted me. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was extremely pleasant and very patient. At NO TIME did he pressure me nor did he ever attempt to show me more vehicle than I was looking for. Well, knowing me as I do, I decided to look on my own and I asked Jeremy to point me in the right direction. Of course, he was there with me to answer any and all questions, but he DID NOT BOTHER ME. I finally found what I was looking for and the vehicle sold itself. He was a very professional salesman and a splendid gentleman. Alison Cohen was the very nice lady that assisted me in the final financing process. Alison was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and quite professional. Finally Mr. Michael Coleman. Well, after I left the dealeship, I discovered that I left a few CDs in the car that I traded-in, so I turned around and went back. Jeremy had left for the day but right away, a gentleman approached me and after telling him what happend, offered assistance. He located the key to my trade-in walked outside with me in the cold, without a jacket on, and located the car. I retrieved the CDs from the car and Mr. Coleman invited me to his office. He told me that if I ever needed help to contact him. He gave me his business card and a pack of gum. I was hoping that my breath didn't stink, (smile) but either way THAT WAS VERY NICE OF HIM!!! I didn't know until after I looked at his card that he was the General Manager...Splendid, Personable Gentleman.

Our experience at Mini of Baltimore was great because Suki Hinde-Reynolds made buying our new Minicooper painless. She was patient and professional and helped us with every question that we had reguarding the autos,their features, prices, etc. We would recommend that anyone in the market for a new or used car, ask for her! The entire staff at Mini of Baltimore was wonderful, and the manager, Michael was especially kind and helpful. Brian and Robin Walsh

Purchased my 2010 Clubman from Mini of Baltimore County...

Purchased my 2010 Clubman from Mini of Baltimore County in January 2011. Dave was a very friendly salesman, and somewhat knowledgeable (he was fairly new to selling Mini's). This was my very first Mini, and I got a very good deal on my fairly loaded Clubman which has the New car warranty. Today I had to bring her in for a brake issue, I was greeted by Allen, who checked my Mini in and explained the whole process to me. After about an hour he came to tell me she was nearly finished, she would be washed and I could go. They replaced two rotors, under the warranty terms. While I waited, I chatted with my salesman, Dave, and the very friendly cashier, Sam. I had a "warm and fuzzy" experience. Beyond getting a nice deal on a car, a dealership is only as good as their service department, and this one is TOP NOTCH. I drive an hour to get there, but feel it is totally worth the trip. Their customer lounge is very pleasant and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. During my sale, Michael, the GM, was very informative, and Allison in financial was terrific. I feel this dealership will work very hard to keep their customers happy, and this will go a long way for me!!!

Overall, I am very staisified with Mini of Baltimore...

Overall, I am very staisified with Mini of Baltimore County. The service reps. are always friendly, professional, honest and accommodating. When an appointment is made, I can request a loaner car while my car is being repaired and this request is always given to me. This is a great dealership to come to!

I wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as I reached the...

I wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as I reached the entrance I was greeted by Mr. Ray Shefska who welcomed me and my wife. He introduced us to Mr. Richard Thobe who took us out for a test drive on our first drive ever of a Mini Cooper. The test drive itself won me over. I thought the drive was fantastic. After we returned to Richard's office I was ready to buy that particular vehicle but Mr. Thobe worked some numbers for us and got us a deal (better than the one I came in with). The experience of purchasing our Mini Cooper was one of the best I ever had and I highly recommend to anyone to work with Mr. Thobe. He will definitely get you a great deal! And You can't beat that 0.9 financing rate.
