MINI of Towson

I've been a patron of Mini of Towson since 2001. I bought my first Min (of six) from them, and the reason is simple: the people. Yes, I love my Mini, but this dealership is such an extraordinary enterprise. Alan Rolocut in particular and his peers are the best I've ever seen. You feel like their ONLY customer, and the follow-through is fantastic .

Great service, great sales, great pricing and finance options. Loan came thru cheaper than our own credit union rates. Store was clean, car was clean and gave us a tank full of gas to boot!

M]Justar Sparr and the staff are very friendly and supportive. Providing ongoing updates, proof of work and clear expectations.

Wonderful attention to details of the wellbeing of the car and the customer! Excellent reports from the mechanics about the need for safety. The use of a loaner will my care was being serviced which was an enormous help and sincerely appreciated.

MINI of Towson is great. Their Service Advisors are knowledgeable and explain what needs done and the cost in language the average customer can understand. The Service Technicians are very competent, conducting thorough inspections and following up with work that I have confidence in.

The salesperson, Zoe, was great and took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. It was also nice talking to and dealing with the Sales Manager and closing the purchase with the Business Manager. The only thing that I would have like to have seen was for the dealership to have examined my trade in vehicle in more detail before finalizing a value. I believe the final value(sight unseen) was underestimated because it was considerably less than the Kelly Blue Book price but I accepted the price to close the deal.

Got a flat tire on my way to see my mother who had just been admitted to the hospital! Limped into Mini of Towson. Justin was fantastic! He got me a loaner to be able to get to the hospital and my car was ready to go when I got back! Thanks Justin for turning a bad situation around!

My husband and I found it a delightful day trip.Found everyone greeted us with a smile. They were very helpful and explained everything very well. We were very pleased.

Justin (sales associate) was fantastic! No pressure, very informative and personable. Great follow-up too. Would recommend him to anyone. Got a great value on trade in and they found and traded for the exact car I wanted already in route to the USA, saving me several months!
