Adam went above and beyond trying to get the repair covered by a warranty. He kept me informed on the whole process and updated me during the repair process.

I called to schedule an oil changed and was told it was

I called to schedule an oil changed and was told it was still free under my warranty. To my surprise it was $275.00. I was told the call center got it wrong. No additional opportunity to make it right. Just pay and move on. My appointment was 11:40 and I didn’t leave until 1:30. I left thinking never again will I take my car to this dealership.

Thanks to their dedicated service, my 2010 Dodge Journey

Thanks to their dedicated service, my 2010 Dodge Journey has lasted all these years. My last visit in September required my air conditioner to be repaired. They discovered the part I need was no longer being made. They spent two weeks looking for a replacement part, found one, made the repair and sent me on my way. I can't say enough about their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction .

I had very dissaointing experience.

I had very dissaointing experience. I had workd out a price and had told the dealership there would not b a payff on my trade. I told them via phn conversations and txt messages that my current car lender was going to do a collateral swap on my oan so I could maintain my low 3.25%interest rate than I woud py cash for the diffence. I contacted my sales rep several times before I made the hour to Louisville to please hav a finance person call my lender and provded them with the name and number. I even remnded them 45 minutes prio to the lender cllosing to make that call. I drv up th next morning and aited over an hour. Finally I was presented a borrowing car aggreement and asked to sign which I could not due to I could not comply with the stipulations and I am not borrowing a car I am paying for it. The finance manager came out and was very rude and gave me my registration back and told me I could not take my vehicle. I was offered no other remidy until I left thE dealership and on my third attempt they askd me to write a check fo tr the full purchse price or get a loan. I ended up traveling home. I cAlled the general sales manager WHO MADE THIS ALL WORK and it tURNS OUT NO CALL WAS MADE TO MY LENDER, THEY askd ME HOW i WAS ABLE TO TO DO WHAT i WAS PLANNING TO andTHAT THEY DIDN'T SEE HOW. EVEN THE FINANCE MANAGER SAid THeY DON'T CALL LENDERS, the lender should have called them. I mde two trips to Luoisville to get this done and didn't hear so much s than you or apology. This was outragous!
