I was amazed about how great my first service was at the

I was amazed about how great my first service was at the dealership. I recently purchased my Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and was there on Saturday (10/5/24) for service. Josh was the service director and was amazing. The car was done quicker than the time they mentioned, the waiting room was very nice (even had vending machines) and I was so impressed with the overall service.

Absolutely Horrible Service - Beware of Oxmoor Chrysler

Absolutely Horrible Service - Beware of Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I’ve been a loyal customer of Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for YEARS, buying multiple vehicles from them and getting all my maintenance done here. You’d think that would count for something, right? Wrong. When I came in to address a corrosion issue on my vehicle, which is still UNDER WARRANTY, they flat-out REFUSED to honor it! They initially told me they would submit a claim but that never happened. They then insisted that they could do the claim beach the don't have a "Body shop attached to the dealership". Which is an absolute lie because the dealership that did have the repairs done, Shelbyville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram doesn't have a body shop either. As a repeat customer, I expected at least some level of respect and professionalism, but instead, I was met with nothing but dismissiveness and condescension. It's shocking how little they value their loyal customers. If you’re thinking of buying a car here, I’d seriously reconsider. They might be all smiles when they’re selling you a vehicle, but good luck getting them to honor any of the warranties or stand by their products after the sale. Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram clearly cares more about making a sale than keeping their customers happy in the long run. I won’t be back, and I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value honesty and good customer service.

I did not have an appointment and they were able to fit

I did not have an appointment and they were able to fit me in early in the morning. I appreciate what they were able to do for me (battery replacement).
