I truly felt valued and respected during my visit to Oxmoor CDJR. Alex Mack-Crittendon welcomed me upon arrival, offered me coffee or water and guided me to his desk to listen to my needs. Once my vehicle was decided upon, Alex took me on a test drive and secured a great deal for me. Overall a great experience from Alex in sales to the friendly GM and knowledgeable finance. I would and will highly recommend this dealership.

We?ve always bought our last 5 cars through Oxmoor Auto Group. This was our first at the Chrysler store and it was by far the best. It was simple, easy, and fair. I was able to sit with the F&I manager and actually run numbers on products to see if they made sense with no pressure and once the decision was made we were done. Our sales associate was great and Tim was great on helping us work out a deal. Thank you!!

Traveling when engine light came on when we were about to depart for home. Adam indicated that they had the part and could install it so we could depart that day. Very please with how everything was handled!
