Ripped Off and they don't care

We took our car in for a problem with the heater. They charged us for the diagnostic and for a new thermostat. I bought the car back to have the part put in. When I left if was apparent the heating system still wasn't working. Then I looked at the bill and saw they charged be again for the same part. I called an left two phone messages about the problem and got no return call. My husband decided to look at my car to see if he could figure out the problem. When he opened the hood we discovered the engine cover was missing. They had taken it off and failed to put it back on. He called about both the over charge on the bill and the missing cover. No response. I wrote a letter to the service manager and took it into the shop. After a week we have not received a response. So, they charged us twice for the same part, didn't fix the original problem, stole our engine cover, and haven't made any effort to make it right. We paid $283, didn't have our car for two days, ;didn't get our heating system fixed and we now have to buy an engine cover. Go anywhere but Sheppard Motors. I can't imagine a place with less integrity, less of a concern for customer satisfaction.

Seventh car

This is my seventh car from Sheppard motors, I wouldn't think of using another dealership, I'm always created with a warm smile and how may I help you and it only gets better from there. I special ordered my Ionic, Sheppard motors kept me informed every step of the way.

I knew exactly what I wanted and they found it for me and gave me a great price I couldn't be happier! They also met my needs as I came here over 4 hours away so they treated my time very well!

2017 Hyundai Elantra SE

As a female, I was dreading having to purchase my first new vehicle by myself. I've had two horrible experiences in the past trying to purchase a new car from a dealership, that both resulted in me buying a used vehicle from an individual instead. My experience at Sheppard Motors, Eugene was absolutely wonderful. My salesman, Tony, was the best. I knew the minute I shook his hand that I was going to buy a car from him. I was happy from the moment I walked on the lot until I drove off in my new car. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered. Charlie, who I signed all my paperwork with at the end of the deal was great too. Best car buying experience ever. I would refer everyone I know to this dealership.
