Good low pressure salesman

Good clean place. Friendly staff very professional and courtesy. Very good used car lot with low mileage cars. Willing to work with you on the deal.

Dealership is great, Buick less so.

The dealer is great, but I'm very disappointed in my Buick. I have had so many issues that reflect poor quality, that I will definitely not purchase another Buick. I wish Buick sent me as many surveys about my Buick that I get about the dealership. VERY disappointed with the Buick.

19 Acadia oil change and state inspection

Very professional yet friendly staff. Had an appointment and was given an estimated time for completion and they were finished about estimated time.

Excellent service experience. Greg provides great detail of what was causing the check engine light and what the repair would be as well as the cost of repair.

No customer service

Had 10 people call me to sell me a car. Once I purchased the vehicle I could not get any customer service to help with our post purchase needs. Called and emailed multiple times with NO RESPONSE.

Bad service experience

I brought my truck in for a recall and asked them to check the brakes (since it was a call related to the brakes), they called me and asked me if I wanted to do the brakes and I replied, no just the recall. When I came to pick up the truck they charged me for a diagnostic fee. I did not sign anything saying I would pay for that service. I would appreciate very much if you could refund me the fee and train your staff better so the customer doesn't have any unpleasant surprises. Thank you.

Latest service experience

4th time trying to fix screen malfunction. Not happy about that but service experience was much improved. Loaner car in excellent condition. Communication on status was timely and complete. Hopefully issue will be resolved.

Service at Hendrick

New Salesman when I purchased car and after purchasing 4 cars there in the past 12 years I would have thought the Manager would have made sure I had a salesman with more experience however the young man who was the salesman who very nice. I think when you have a repeat customer the dealer must step up to the plate and offer more
