It was great--they greeted me as soon as I got to the dealership. Someone took my car back and started the oil change. They not only changed my oil, but vacuumed the car floor and ran it through the car wash. I used a loaner and made a purchase downtown. When I got back to the dealership my car was ready for me to take home. It was all wonderful.

Kemna's is the best. I know most of the staff there. They answer the phone in a very friendly manner and many of them recognize my voice and call me by name. James, in service, is the top notch. He gets my vehicle in quickly and back to me in the same manner
