This has got to be the best dealership that I have ever dealt with, in both sales and service. The Service Manager, Service Writer, and all the other service personnel that I deal with are helpful, friendly, and truly caring!. It's great when the dealership remembers your name when you walk through the door and greets you with a smile. There repair work is superb, and their service technicians always treat your vehicle with respect! They listen to your complaint, and fix it. Try finding another dealership you can make these statements about!!!

The first time we brought the car in they said there was nothing wrong with it but it still didn't seem right so we took it back and another person looked at it and found the problem immediately. They ordered the replacement part and it was fixed within three days.

I had the best time of ever getting a car, enjoyed it totally.

I have really enjoyed the visits to Kemnas. When I first purchased my Cruze, Sean was very helpful and patient while I was making my decision. When I had problems with my car in Cedar Rapids, Sean and the service team were keeping tabs on what was going on and making sure the problems were getting taken care of properly. I am very appreciative that although I am miles away, they were still trying to help me. The staff at Kemnas makes you feel very important and they make sure that by the end of your visit with them, you are fully satisfied.

Kemna's does everything they can to make you comfortable while you wait, they have fresh cookies, coffee, sodas. They keep you informed of your expected wait time. They know you by name.

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Kemna's. I've always been extremely happy with them, both in the sales and service.

I had an appointment for an oil change and was greeted very promptly by Cory and his staff; all were very courteous and friendly. The amount of time the service took was less time than I anticipated. Great place, would highly recommend Kemna Auto Group!
