Sean Phillips is an excellent sales person. He is very attentive to what we are looking for, follows up on our questions, and keeps us in the loop. Jen in service gets us right in when ever we need it and most always provides a nice loaner vehicle while our truck is in service. (except oil changes) Algona is the main hub for our farm business and Kemna's is just a great fit to our vehicle needs.

This all started out as just an upgrade however, I ended up with a new vehicle as I have known Dave Ludwig and his wife Ruth for around 30 years (he kinda knows what I was looking for). So the one day I stop to see a new 2014 pickup that Dave had said I "needed" to look at. He was busy selling with another customer-Kevin Shaw assisted in showing me the vehicle that Dave had come up from the Ft. Dodge store, he is very good and friendly. So as you would aspect I liked it! So Tom Kemna and Dave did some magic and we made a deal. So I'm busy farming, Dave has a young men bring down a nice loaner vehicle til my new one got setup with some accessories. When everything was ready I still couldn't come up: so the wife came up. We get along quite well with Corey Roberts and now he is the service manger (which is a good) and Matt assisted the wife and we got the new home - WOW what pickup GM has in the 2014. Joann,Jen,Melissa always greet you and are helpful when I show up for service work. A good outfit Kemna Auto Center!

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Also very knowledgeable and helpful. Repair was completed as well as could be due to the damage done in the accident and completed in an appropriate time frame. Vehicle will be returned in the spring to apply the protective paint coating to repaired area, as that had been done to the vehicle at the time of new purchase. Staff was very considerate and sensitive to our concerns of repairing vehicle to its original state.

Sean Phillips came and personally picked up my car, took it to Algona to Kemna, had the oil changed and brought it back to me that evening. He goes above & beyond! He is a huge asset to your company!
