I walked into Charlotte Honda of Port Charlotte and immediately I was already welcomed warmly by the lovely lady at the front desk. I felt welcome there when asked who I was looking for. I asked for Mr. Paul Balcomb and he did all he could to help me. I had a beater and needed a nice newer car that was safer and more fuel efficient. He was right on it. Charlotte Honda has a great salesman on their team because I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn't want. Really, the whole staff rocks. I would definitely refer anyone I know that is looking to buy a car to Paul Balcomb.

I went to Port Charlotte VW to buy a CPO car. The service provided to me was really good. My sales agent, David Hilliard was excellent. He was very courteous, knowledgable and friendly and made my entire ordeal of buying a car very really easy especially the negotiation part. Even after buying the car he kept checking back with me to know if I needed anything more and he mailed out all the extra documents I needed within a day. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely meet David Hilliard at Port Charlotte VW if you are going to buy a new car there.

My salesmen Dave Hilliard was excellent, he knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure he kept it in my price range. The best thing was he did not pressure me at all like a lot of other dealers do and actually showed he cared about my needs. I was very impress with Michael Homer; he kept in contact with me until I was able to come to the dealership. And the whole time he was honest and listened to what I wanted. I live in Fort Myers around an hour south of Port Charlotte. I dealt with Zack Bolling who was who was extremely professional. I could just have easily gone to Ft. Myers Honda but read many unfavorable reviews about that dealership. Zack was easy to talk to, not pushy and very helpful in helping me select my car. I already owned a 2008 Honda Accord which I loved and decided to purchase a newer model. I wanted a light color but not white. He immediately went into the inventory and found a champagne color which I fell in love with. We worked out the numbers quickly and the payment was within my budget. Since I was going away for 10 days I asked if I could leave the car at the dealership and he was fine with that. When I returned today, Zack and another salesman drove the car down to my home from Port Charlotte at which time Zack explained the air conditioning system, blue tooth, the radio, and other things that I needed to know about the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and certainly would deal with Zack again. He was great.

I was very pleased with my experience at Port Charlotte Volkswagen. Living in Fort Myers, I came up to Port Charlotte after a sour experience at my local dealership. Although it was a bit tough finding the dealership being unfamiliar with the immediate area, once there I was quite happy. Valerie was very helpful and got me the car I wanted without much hassle. The sales staff did as much as they could and eventually got me the deal I wanted. I'm very glad I made the trip up here because I left with the car I wanted.
