Experience at Honda

Although John Howard was nice enough, he picked out our CRV. He started out "test driving" the CRV. Never had the salesman "test drive" for us. After a while he pulled over and let me test drive. . He came back at one point knowing I didn't want the silver, the sales manager told him to "make me like it". This is the second car we bought there. We were impressed that we didn't have to wait around for a salesman to greet us, he is a go getter.

My wife and I were not planning on buying a new car but...

My wife and I were not planning on buying a new car but had a choice putting more money in our present car for repairs or see what was out there. We purchased our last car a used 2005Hyundai Accent from your dealership and have been happy with it.We were greeted by this warm and friendly face named Valerie She asked what we were interested in and we told her we maybe wanted to look at a good used car with lower milage After looking at a couple of cars and questions from Valerie we decided to see what options we had with a loan . We ended up buying a new Honda Fit Valerie did not pressure us and answered alot of our questions She took the time to show us all the features on the car and explained alot of things to us. She is a wonderful asset to your dealership. Thank You. Mr. William Velez

Zack Bolling went above and beyond taking care of me. He...

Zack Bolling went above and beyond taking care of me. He made a one hour trip from Port Charlotte to Sarasota to pick me up at my house so that I could shop for a car. When I told him what and needed and wanted , he listened. Zack Bolling is extremely professional, courteous , patient and helpful. He did not make up stories or do anything that would cause me to complain about him. I must say he is a wonderful person and a very suitable salesperson. He is so nice and so genuine that I most highly recommend him for anybody's car purchasing requirements. As an aside, he has prior military service so his veteran status adds to his capable demeanor.

We worked with Zack Bolling and Jose Francesco who went out of their way to ensure we were fully informed of the details of our planned purchase. They, and everyone else in the dealership were simply outstanding. We went to check out the car on a Sunday morning and Zack was there to help us. We consider this to be the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Thanks and our compliments to Zack and Jose for caring for us. They made what is usually a stressful time for buyers a remarkably enjoyable experience. Super people and super treatment. Thanks from the Fishers

I have always had bad experiences at car dealerships but...

I have always had bad experiences at car dealerships but this visit was so much better than I could have ever expected. I was ready to go in there with my fists clinched and defend myself against high pressure salesmen and managers. The first person that I met was Zack and I actually thought he was a manager (he was so professional) He welcomed us and asked us if we needed anything to drink. Normally I have been asked if was going to buy a car today already. After Zack got us some water he asked us how he could help us, I was only wanting to look around at prices and shop around but he had an answer for every question we had about the vehicle and options on financing available. He was not intrusive in the way he asked us questions but instead he seemed very interested in what we were looking for and what we needed. After he helped us find the vehicle we liked most and fit our needs we proceeded inside. I thought "Oh NO, this is when it gets really bad" but instead everyone was very friendly, which was refreshing. We talked about what we were wanting to do as far as numbers and monthly payment and Zack exceeded what we actually thought we would be at. There were no games, no battle, no going back in forth, he knew exactly what we needed and surprised us and made it better. After we agreed and got everything ready to go talk to the finance guy Zack sat with us during our 45 minute wait and continued to show interest in us and our family. Zack is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Since he sold us our car he has called to wish us happy birthday on 2 occasions, one for myself and one for my daughter, who wasn't even there! This guy knows how to treat a customer. I have sent one family member to him so far and he helped him in the same way. I definitely recommend Zack to anyone looking for a new car, he was awesome.

I have rated this purchase of a new 2013 Honda CRV a 5...

I have rated this purchase of a new 2013 Honda CRV a 5 because it was a very excellent experience. Three people I dealt with were all 5's and above. Paul Hayes was honest, polite and professional. He was honest and didn't try to tell me a 4 cylinder car could pull a large boat as another dealer had stated. Mr Hayes LISTENED to my needs and was very honest about the many selections. Valarie Charles was so patient with myself and my entire family. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the car. Valerie went way above the necessary in making me comfortable in purchasing and driving the car. Valerie Charles was polite, attentive and considerate to me all members of my family, esp my husband. When visiting the showroom on Monday and test driving and purchasing on Tues Paul, Valerie and Jose all treated my husband who is blind and suffers from dementia with consideration, respect and totally included him in the transaction. Many times he repeated a question or made an inappropriate statement and they were so kind and adknowledged him completely. To assist me I had my son, daughter-in-law and 8 year old grandson in the showroom. Paul, Valerie and Jose all answered questions from my family and encouraged their participation. At times they were forced to repeat themselves and they did it with smiles and professionalism. Valerie has encouraged me to return for future updates on dealing with the car, recognizing it is difficult to take in to much quickly while assisting my husband. Her repsect for our needs was apparent from the first contact. In the past I have been told it is all in the manual. I will recommend this dealership because I truly felt I received a great deal, was treated with respect and the consideration of the people I dealt with. Each person I spoke to was very knowledable about the cars and could tell me the exact difference between my 2007 Honda Pilot and this new 2013 CRV Thank you for allowing me to recommend this dealership and these people. Rodney was very nice, personable. He was quite attentive to my needs and met them all. He explained everything he was doing and what will happen if we went this or that way. I left the dealership with the vehicle I had my eye on. Thank you!

Rodney did a great job of taking care of all my needs in shopping for and purchasing my new vehicle. He is very sincere about making sure I am comfortable with my payment and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into just any vehicle so he can make the sale. He paid attention to what I needed. He is great with people. This is my second purchase from your dealership and the first experience was not so great. After talking to him I trusted his word that if I came back and it would be better and I am very glad I did. He definitely is an asset to your dealership.

Words cannot express my gratitude for walking into Honda...

Words cannot express my gratitude for walking into Honda of Port Charlotte and meeting Rodney Hayes. He was such an awesome help from the very beginning. I went in not knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted. He helped me find the perfect fit. His knowledge of vehicles and excitement of the industry was amazing. Rodney has a wonderful personality and excellent customer service skills. These great qualities about him made my deal run with such smoothness. The deal was quick and easy. We were able to arise to a decision in a very timely manner. Needless to say,I left the dealership smiling with full satisfaction and joy . Thank you Rodney Hayes and Port Charlotte Honda.
