Car issue

Hello I had a issue with getting touch paint, for my car the dealership itself wouldn't do anything but the sales guy Luis Mendoza bought the paint for me which i think the dealership not the employee should have done that but I'm really grateful for him doing that and would go to him with further business

Fantastic Service

The staff and dealership were top notch. They had me in and out very quickly. The free multi point inspection was helpful too. I appreciate these guys. They do all of my work.

Amazing service!

I came into the dealership with a vehicle from another dealership. My APR was going to be 24% on a 2008 scion xb. Ediesha in sales and Derrick in finance got me into a 2016 Hyundai accent. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you so much!!

Always satisfied customer

World Car Nissan Family Luis Gonzalez

Luis Gonzalez received my information when I was searching for a vehicle (totaled by a hail storm). He offered to pick me up from the bus stop because I had no clue of where he was located being new to the area. I informed Luis of the changes that happens without having a vehicle for your daily routines and any upcoming engagements that were planned before this tragedy. Time grew closer to the end of my daughter's school day and some loose ends needed to tighten up to finalize things. I WAS SCARED Y'ALL i wouldnt make it to the school or drive out. Luis volumteed to drive me to pick up my daughter (on the other side of town), pick up the documents (from my home a VA hospital) and offered to take me to get my daughter something to eat because we may be at the dealer a little longer. This man was not the Salesman i was used too. THIS MAN IS a FRIEND and a REAL HUMAN!! A couple of days after I bought the car Luis called to find out how my day was going at my engagement now that I'm back on the road. I've copied his business card and when anyone says you have a nice Nissan Versa - I hand them a copy of his business card and encourage they make the call. THANK YOU Luis for making my experience at World Car Nissan a great one!!

Dedicated staff, incredible customer service

This is my 3rd car purchase from World Car Nissan Hyundai and I am very happy with the sales service from this dealership. I returned to purchase another vehicle (Elantra) after the car I purchased last year was in an accident a few weeks ago. My sales associate, Sylvia Eells was extremely professional, caring and devoted to making sure that the car that I was searching for was perfect for me. This is the second time she has assisted me in purchasing a car and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends for her true dedication and wonderful customer service that she provides to me. The financial associate was also very thorough in explaining the details and process of my purchase. Chris Doe was also extremely helpful making sure that my questions were answered and assisting in making sure I was comfortable with my selection. Thank you World Car Nissan Hyundai!

Fairytale experience at World Car Nissan w/ Luis

I would highly recommend Luis Gonzalez, Salesperson, at World Car Nissan to everyone looking for another car, specifically a Nissan. I was very skeptical going in after looking at several other cars at different car lots and a little worried about my credit. From the time I was introduced to Luis and throughout this car buying experience, I found him to be personable, compassionate and easy to talk to. I ended up buying a beautiful Nissan Sentra and found him willing to go the extra mile in making me feel comfortable. He kept in touch with me via the telephone until I was able to put a nice down payment on the Nissan Sentra. He even called afterwards to see if I had questions or concerns. Isn't that wonderful to hear? That usually doesn't happen in my car-buying experiences of the past. World Car Nissan is a great place to buy a car. I highly recommend them.

Very Nice Experience.

I would recommend World Car Nissan to everyone. Sales manager Ralph and Sophia Builtron were awesome. Sophia showed me any car I was asking for and gives me all details, I did test drive and got all information I needed. Everyone in the dealership was nice. Asking me if i needed anything: water , snacks. I bought Nissan Rogue SL 2016. It?s my third car from World car Nissan. They treated me very nice all the time like their family.

Awesome Experience

I would recommend World Car to everyone.We were treated with respect.We were not treated like a number. No sales people following us around and pressuring us. Martin,Ralph and Melissa were awesome. Not only did they treat us with courtesy our 2 year old daughter was treated the same. Martin got to her eye level , and would talk to her. When he would show us the vehicles he would put Jessica in the seat and asked her "do you like the car"? Everyone in the dealership was nice. Asking us if we needed anything: water , snacks. That is the reason why we bought our 2015 Nissan Titian. They trated us like family They treated us like their family. Sincerely, The Lozano Family. David,Monica and Jessica. P.S. When we had a question about our truck. What I really liked was Martin did not say "I Don't Know" He said "Let me find out for you". He brought over John and he answered our question.

Hyundai Tucson

My wife and I went to several car dealers looking for a car. When I arrived at World Car Hyundai, we did not need to look any further. Everyone at the dealership treated us with respect and understood our needs. No one, and I mean NO ONE, pressured us to purchase a car from their store. They, in particular Rene, just stated what they can offer us. A friendly group of true professionals.
