What a wonderful experience ! The whole team was so curtious and friendly , our salesman Donelle was awesome , he never pressured us just helped us gently thru the whole process. We've purchased six Nissans in the past 11 years and this was by far the best experience we've ever had.I wish we would have met these guys back in 2005 when we started our Nissan journey ,we highly recommend Work Car Nissan to anyone that wishes to have a nice friendly experience. Wonderful Wonderful. Wonderful experience !!!!!

Alexis was great! She is good at what she does and is patient and not too pushy. I would recommend her to anybody looking at buying a car. If you already know what you want then that makes the process quite a bit easier. If you are trying to decide which model you prefer then go with her. The finance guys were great and answered all questions. Only complaint was one of the managers was a little impatient and pushy. May have just been a bad day for him. He was much more professional the day we signed the paperwork. I would have given a 5 star rating if he had been more patient and professional.

The team that helped with our deal Yesenia Manny and the wonderful Derrick made our process seamless. They each provided great customer service while dealing with a lobby full of people. I recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to see these guys!!!

Professionalism? to the Core!!
Mr Loren, is gracious, professional, and diffuser of all situations. I came in tad upset, about the knocking/ clicking sound on the driver's side of my car. Mr. wonderful Loren test drove it in the parking lot, and confirmed the sound. He then set up an appointment, and told me he will order the parts. Mr. Loren, exudes confidence graciousness, and professionalism, during my interaction with him. He is an asset to Nissan.!!! Thank you for great caring people!!!

Lourdes took great care of us! She is AWESOME!!
My wife and I were out walking around the lot looking at cars when this nice lady named Lulu (Lourdes) approached us and asked if she could help us. We had commented that we were surprised that no one had come to see us and she arrived just as we were thinking about leaving. That was the beginning of a long, but successful day! She took us all over the lot showing us everything we asked to see. She was very low pressure and that really relaxed us. She gave us drinks(not the Corona I requested) but the water was refreshing.? She listened very atttentively to our needs and helped us find what we really wanted. By the end of the day we bought a new car and made a new friend for life! She continues to text me daily to follow up on any needs I may have on the new car. In fact, I received a text from her yesterday with a picture of my new red rims?? We also had the pleasure of working with Trey on pricing and he too was very responsive to our needs. We came back 2 days later to finish the deal and he said to me when I asked him if I could speak with him...."I always have time to help you and your wife"He continues to assist me via email with some add -ons for my new Juke. We finished off the buying process by signing our lives away, I mean signing final papers , with Shannon in Finance. We had insurance communication issues, credit card machine issues, drivers license issues, etc. but after about 4 hours we finished up and we all agreed that we had a great time...I guess if you can have a great time signing documents? I also wanted to note that Lulu mentioned that Leon, the GM even was involved in getting my new red rims in!! Another person I want to mention is Steve in service. While at the dealership I wandered over to service met Steve and because of his helpfulness and attention I feel like I have a friend in the service department even tho I haven't used that arm of the dealership yet! So i would sum this up by saying " World Car Nissan is a World Class operation." Thanks Lulu, Trey, Shannon ,Steve and Leon!! Looking forward to a long term successful business relationship!! Performance in proving their truth in advertising
My wife is not a fan of car buying, but Jamie Brown has won her over , the patience and courtesy was excellent. Jaimie asked my wife what she was looking for in her search and then fulfilled those requests. Jaimie's personal attention to detail is amazing and greatly appreciated. I took my 2016 Nissan Altima in due to a message that read : Tire low , Need Air. They checked the tire & stated I needed a new tire, as the placement of the nail, unable to fix it. Vincent Villegas told me he was going to pay for my tire. I was stunned, amazed & in awe of such a wonderful, unselfish gift. To me , he is a very special person. Thank you so very much. I tried to talk him into offering it to another person or family. To no avail. Ron who is the Service Manager, said that he would be recognized for such a selfless act. I have nothing but praise for everyone associated with World Car Nissan. The girl who initiated the paperwork , I'm sorry I don't know her name. Steve who helped today . Kelly Moore, who sold me my car & assisted me many times since I bought it. There are so many people to thank. Each one is an asset to World Car Nissan . new Car Nissan Versa,I love it!
I just bought a 2015 Nissan Versa, best experience ever, everyone was nice, helpful my sales person Sandra Tucker went above and beyond, to get me in my car choose because of my age this will most likely be my last car but if I do ever buy again I would go back there 5 stars all the way!
