Write a review2nd Time New Car Buyers
This was our 2nd overall time purchasing a new vehicle, first time from John Kennedy. After doing extensive online research about vehicles and dealers in our area, we decided to go with a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from John Kennedy. We picked a vehicle out online and an online sales rep messaged me back and forth all day and made sure any questions or concerns that we had were answered, very pleasant experience. We scheduled a Saturday morning visit and the vehicle was waiting for us when we walked in. After meeting our sales rep, we went for a test drive and loved the vehicle so we went in to discuss pricing. We did have our hopes set a little too high because we chose the top model with almost all options and it ended up being out of our price range, We then looked at a second option and after discussing, we still couldn't get in our price range. Our rep was not helping out on price at all and the amount offered for my trade-in was pretty darn low, although it did have high mileage and needed some work. We were then offered a third option which was a mid model with still a good amount of options. After looking at it we decided that this was the one we had to have. The dealer offer was in our grasp but still a little hard to swallow. After already being 4 hours into this, we decided to take the offer home and further discuss since our rep wasn't really helping out on price. Well that seemed to light a fire under him because now we finally seriously start discussing pricing! After about 10 minutes, we were given an excellent offer and even more for my trade-in. Once we agreed and started the paperwork, we were out of there with our new vehicle in about 1.5 hours. Overall, this seems like a great place to be associated with to buy a new vehicle. The online rep was awesome and our financing lady was great as well. All of the other sales reps around us seemed to be cheerful, happy and eager to help anyone and everyone. Ours really didn't fit that mold though, he was just very blah. He did however, after much haggling, help us drive away with what we wanted and could afford. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new Mazda.

A very Pleasant Buying Experience
We went shopping for a vehicle, not really wanting to talk to a saleman, we ran into pete at Conshohocken Ford, and we were put at ease right away! There was zero pressure, the whole staff were extremely helpful and really made a usually stressful thing very pleasant. Thanks to all especially Pete!

Poor Service
Needless to say, unless you bought a Ford vehicle from this or one of its sister dealerships, the service department is absolutely useless. I bought a non-Ford vehicle and thought it would be reasonable to return it to the dealership for service. I was wrong. Among many other things, they cannot even change the oil indicator on non-Ford vehicles to keep it from blinking. And the Ford ESP on used non-Ford vehicles is a waste of money.

Found used truck on ford certified web, emailed dealership and was directed to Pete Gonzalez. Truck purchase was seamless, no pressure. Pete was exceptional with all aspects of purchase. Live 70 miles from John Kennedy Ford dealership , would definitely give them my return business. Give this dealership a look, definitely request Mr. Gonzalez.

Very helpful staff. No pressure.
My wife and I purchased a CX-5 from Kennedy Mazda. The staff was very professional and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy anything. They treated us with respect and they were very helpful working with us through some credit issues. I would recommend this dealership and have no regrets. How a bad day turned into a great day
It started as a bad day, as I'm on my way home i saw this bright red Subaru WRX and thought to myself "let me turn around and check this out". As I'm checking this car out i walk inside and I'm greeted by Sam (new guy and in training by Pete Gonzalez). after i talked with Sam about the car i was introduced Pete Gonzalez, he and Sam did an amazing job walking me through every detail about buying this car, which in fact is my first car I've ever bought from a dealer. Im very satisfied about this whole car buying experience because those two made a difference in how my day went and i get to drive my favorite car because they knew I was dead set on this car. Id like to thank them both for the best car buying experience possible!

No pressure, easy-going experience!
I recently purchased a new ford fusion from John Kennedy Ford Conshohocken and was very pleased with all aspects of the process. Fred Roberto was as easy-going as they come and a pleasure to deal with. I have also had quite a bit of work done on my previous cars by the service department headed by Scott Wister at Kennedy and have never had a bad thing to report yet. Would definitely go back.

Fair deal
About as pleasant as could be buying a used car. Dealt with me fairly and accommodated my 2 year old well so he didn't hate being there the whole time. Definitely would deal with them again.
