My salesman, Fred Roberto, and the finance manager, Michael Wolfert, were both professional and a pleasure to deal with. My Ford C-Max Energi is barely 24 hours old now, but I can tell you two things from my experience thus far. It is a pleasure to drive and, when plugged in for an overnight charge in my garage, its pulsating blue charge light and briefly illuminated amber parking lights and red brake lights made me feel I was on the bridge of the Starship Enterprise.

The Used Car Manager and Sales Manager at John Kennedy Ford in Conshohocken worked with me to get a great car on the same night that I showed up for a test drive. And it's my second from John Kennedy Ford Conshohocken (and my family's third from the John Kennedy Dealerships family), which is why I can offer an excellent "quality of repairs" rating here, as wel. Hats off to Pete Gonzalez, Lisa Hanson, Michael Wolfert, Kyle Kennedy, Aaron Fellenbaum, and Tim Taylor for putting me behind the wheel of my second Ford Escape. Sweet F-150! Thanks Mark!
I was looking for a Used F-150 as a work truck for over 6 months and saw that JK Ford had one on their lot. I decided to go look at it and the truck looked like everything I wanted. It's a 2002 F-150 with 100k, perfect condition for a truck that old, it runs great, clean, kept in immaculate condition. Mark Collins ended up coming out and talking to me and telling me all about the truck, I was instantly hooked and decided to go inside with him and discuss purchasing it. After working over some numbers we came up with an amazing price and I ended up buying the truck that day. SINGLE MOM-GRANNY NOW HAS PEACE OF MIND TY MARK
Thank you Mark Collins for turning my worry into complete and total peace of mind. I am a single mother and grandmother who needed to help my daughter get into a car where she didn't have to spend $$$ beyond the car payment. I needed something safe for my precious granddaughters, their mother, and even their friends. I've walked alone for quite some time but I needed help and Mark showed up. He treated me with respect, listened to what I was looking for, worked a deal, and put them in a brand new Ford Explorer with bumper to bumper inside and out protection for the term of the lease. The payment is what I was paying on a 2002 that was going to need $1K in tires and who knows what else. Now I have assurance that my girlies are safe, comfortable, with the bonus of driving in style. And I have renewed faith in a car salesman with character and integrity who was a pleasure to do business with. Impressed...very impressed. Thank you Mark!!

Great Experience
I want to thank John Kennedy Ford and Pete Gonzalez for a great first time buying experience. I bought a used Volkswagen and I am very happy with it. Pete was great and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was patient and very personable, and even followed up with me the next day. When I took it in for repairs, the service was great and they even gave me a fancy rental since they needed to keep it for a few hours. I am very happy with the entire experience at John Kennedy Ford and would recommend it to anyone, especially Pete.

Excellent service
I brought my 2002 Tauras in for service. The repair turned out to be a challenging but not an impossible fix. The Service Mgr assigned to me was Tim Taylor.He is an energetic, smart & honest man who worked dilgently to solve the problem and he and the mechanics did! The service and workmanship was excellent, and in addition, as a woman bringing her car in for repair I never felt my concerns and ideas dismissed as trivial, but regarded as an important part of the solution. How refreshing is that!

Unusual and thoroughly enjoyable experience
Just coming out of a 3 year lease and not set on type of vehicle and/or deciding to purchase or continue to lease. Having stopped by 3 different dealerships on the area, the wife & I landed at Kennedy Ford/Mazda of Conshohocken PA. Meeting Pete Gonzalez was a welcome and rewarding experience. After having been treated as being almost non-existent by other dealers - no greeting, no sales attention, no request to help, etc. we'd had enough. Pete was more than cordial and helpful beyond belief. He listened to our decision making process and offered many solutions, some we hadn't thought about! The end result was more than we had hoped for and we ended up in a brand new auto with all the bells & whistles we thought unreachable. Thanks to Pete and his attentiveness and willingness to please a customer we have made a great new group of friends and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship. Kudos to Kennedy Ford & Pete Gonzalez !!!!

Great car buying experience
I just bought a used Pontiac G5 Turbo from John Kennedy Ford and the experience was wonderful from the time I entered to the time I left, Pete Gonzolas was my salesman & if I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10 this guy would rate a 20. Everyone in the building was very welcoming and down to earth, easy going people that worked hard to get me complete satisfaction! my sales consultant PETE GONZALEZ was the best ive ever delt with!. pete worked with me very well giving me updates as we went along and always made sure I was comfortable. never left me sitting around wondering what was going on. he fought for me to get the loan that worked best for me and I almost wasn't financeable but pete made it happen! don't hesitate to get yourself to john kennedy ford and see pete!
