I was very pleased with my warranty service and oil

I was very pleased with my warranty service and oil change I received yesterday at Spitzer Kia. I love my KIA Sportage Hybrid I was so happy when Rose Desirae made arrangements for me to get a ride home while the service was being done. Rose was very sweet and is an asset to your service department.

In the fall of 2024 my Kia Stinger was recalled by

In the fall of 2024 my Kia Stinger was recalled by the manufacturer. It was serviced and upon pick up it overheated with in 2 miles and was returned and serviced. This happened a total of 4 times. One involved in it being towed. No fault of Linda's but the service department needs some serious updates
