All of the representatives were cordial and extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions perfectly.

Salesman and manager were excellent. Made the process easy. Had several cars available to choose from. Took the time after purchase to show features on car.

They took their time to show my daughter the car she was interested in and explained the features. Then they worked with us on our trade-in and the other features on more expensive trims. But no pressure.. It took some time to get all the paperwork done because we had to make one change. But my daughter is very happy at the end.

Came in for a service issue (covered under warranty) and was treated with such care and compassion. Being that I don’t know a whole lot about cars, I always worry about employees ignoring my concerns and not fixing enough, or forcefully suggesting I pay for services that I don’t need. Jade was so good with her communication and made me feel very comfortable with her. Would highly recommend this dealer!

Great customer service and car services. They now do car washes which is a plus! checking in and out is quick and easy. Recommend doing online appointment and waiting at walking distance shopping center.

For most people buying a car is terrifying. Hello Mazda recognizes that and they have the perfect solution. No haggling, no sales person saying "I'll have to ask my manager", etc. Factory price is listed, no mark ups, and then they discount the listed price. Ruben was awesome, he answered my web request about a specific car, and promptly, sent me a video of the car I wanted. Several days later we went to the site, met with Ruben and the next day I drove away in my new 2023 red Mazda CX30. He spent lots of time with me showing me how everything works. He helped me register the Mazda app and then sowed me how it works. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience, but I can say I'm beyond happy with my car and the way I was treated. Thank you!
