We appreciate the super friendly sales team and relaxed

We appreciate the super friendly sales team and relaxed environment at the Hello Mazda dealer. The Mazda team was knowledgeable about the different SUV styles and trims. We feel that the sales team cared about making sure to provide the best deal for us. They came through as honest people. We are satisfied with our buying experience and our new CX-5.

What an excellent dealership!

What an excellent dealership! Andre Mullen (sales) was perfect. Low-key, yet answered all questions , and we ended up getting the 2023 CX-9 “Carbon Edition”. Very nice. Hello Mazda sets their prices low and you don’t play the “games” others dealers put you through. Paperwork was fast. Everyone was nice. No “surprises”. I ultimately want the new hybrid CX-90 with the inline-6 engine - but don’t like to buy a new model on the first year. Give Mazda a few years to iron the bugs out. So, I leased this for three years and will return and purchase the 2026 model CX-90. You bet I’ll return to this dealer to give them the business. Oh yeah, I took the car in for its first service. They gave me a nice red CX-5 loaner car. A few hours later they sent me a video of the service tech going all around the car, engine commitment, brakes, and underneath - all the while making comments on the condition and what was done. Never had that from another dealer. Highly recommended!

Michael who handled the check in was really awesome to

Michael who handled the check in was really awesome to deal with. They were able to address an issue with my flickering headlights that had a tsb. I was also there for a coolant flush, which they did. They were also able to identify that my drive belt needed replacement but didn't put me under pressure to replace it. I already had a replacement and planned to do it myself. It was good to see that they caught it.
