New Car!!

Javier made the entire purchasing experience great!! We never felt as though they were trying to force a car on us. He even went above and beyond to find the car exactly how I wanted it, even if that meant bringing it from LA!! I will be greatful always for the great service.

Great Service

The Service Center was great!! Tina and Jerry were extremelly helpful!! Tina made sure to explain all the details about the Nitrogen tire fill and all the benefits and perks associated!!

Fair, professional and found the auto we wanted

No pressure car purchase

Visited John Hine Mazda to test drive the CX-5. Brett Dooley took me out for an extended period of time and was very helpful pointing out some of the features that separated the Mazda from the other cars we were considering. We visited another Mazda dealership (and they were also very helpful) but ended up coming back to Brett to purchase our car. Everything went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with our new car.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased my Mazda 2 in Oakland with the Mazda extended service agreement. As a result, I only take my car to Mazda dealerships. Since moving to San Diego, I have needed to find a new dealership to service my car. John Hine is definitely going to be my choice. I visited yesterday for the first time and couldn't have been more please. Tina took great care of me and the customer lounge was very comfortable while my car was serviced. Thanks! It's obvious that customer service is your focus. You've earned another customer in me.

Good used car deal, fair and friendly!

Had a good experience with Havier and the crew today while buying a used jeep wrangler. Process was fair and relatively efficient, very friendly and low pressure, none of this "give a $20 deposit to talk" bs. Negotiations were amicable , and i think i got abgood deal, they made money (not excessive) and fair trade in value for my beloved used car! Would go back again!

Great Service. Andre was Awesome.

I leased a 2016 Mazda 6, Andre Mullen was our sales agent. He's very helpful and efficient. Service was great, I got the exact options I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and I am very grateful to Andre for making it a very pleasant experience for me and my family.

Easy and pleasant

I first did some research on True Car for a Mazda 3 and narrowed the dealerships to three. Called each and did initial bargaining over the phone. John Hine was closest and seemed eager to deal. I went in the next day, test drove and they matched the lowest price I found. It was easy and my salesman was helpful, low-pressure and easy to deal with. I am a single woman aged 71 and was not looking forward to the experience but it was easy breezy!

Awesome service!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Tina for her emmaculate custoner service. First, Tina greeted me as soon as I arrived. She was very thorough in her informing of my relationship with John Hine Mazda service department. Second, I was very pleased that she informed me about my loyalty points. I hope to build a long lasting relationship with John Hine Mazda service and parts department mainly because of the first impression Tina made this morning. Also, I'd like to add that Robert Toole said it woukd be about an hour and he was right on point. Quick and pleasurable service. Thank you Tina for making my day.
