Hello Mazda of San Diego

I just purchased a 2016 CX-5 from John Hine Mazda and the buying process was really simple and non-stressful. My salesman, Arien, was really easy to work with, even though I was not...LOL. He took care of everything and made the transaction as smooth as possible. This was not the first car I have bought from John Hine and won't be the last. The service department is always great, especially Nicole Brand!! She keeps me on my maintenance schedule and that keeps my vehicle running great.

I wanted to say thank you to Tina Alo and the Mazda Staff for their excellent service! Tina Alo went above and beyond to help me with getting my car serviced in a timely manner and answering any questions I had.

I went to John Hine Mazda with friend who was buying his first new car. I was impressed with the wide selection of models and options on their lot, and with the friendly and knowledgable assistance of the sales agent, Arien Porter.I also became envious of the new tech features in my friend's new car, and after a few weeks decided to return there and trade my car for a new CX-5. I again dealt with Arien, and found the process to be the most stress free and satisfying car purchase I can remember.

I started my car shopping by communicating with Sarahlee using there Online Sales live talk website. She was efficient and provided great customer service. My questions were answered and the Mazda 3 S Grand Touring was available. My information and request was given to Andre the Online Sales manager. I showed up two hours later and the car was available for me to test drive, which I purchased and drove away within two hours. Andre was excellent to work with. I had been shopping for a little while but once I came to John Hines and worked with Carl Johnson, & Arien Poter it was a wrap, my car shopping was over. Carl Johnson, Arien Poter and Genevieve were extremely pleasant to work with, made my buying experience a fabulous one.

I want to specifically recognize employee, Rich Rovira, in the Body Shop who was able to fix my Mazda 6 with great expertise and honesty. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Service Department was also helpful.

It's hard to put into words how I feel about the outstanding treatment I've received from John Hine Mazda over the last 4 years. Nicole Brand, as part of a team, has always gone above and beyond in the care of my Hyundai Sonata and myself as a customer. She put in motion my recent purchase of a Mazda introducing me to Andre Mullen, Sales/Leasing Consultant, who provided a professional and congenial approach to assisting me in finding just the right car. The financing went smoothly with Genevieve Riegg and my overall experience was indeed quality in every way. I love my new car!

We visited many dealerships and did a lot of research. We had our decision narrowed down to a few cars by the time we visited John Hine Mazda. Arien Porter was very knowledgeable, easy-going, and professional. He knew the answer to every question we had. He offered his assistance via texts, but never once pressured us into anything. He truly made our car buying experience a breeze!

Almost bought a different car.. Decided to go to the dealership just incase. So happy I did! Got more knowleadge and a better deal on my car. I love it!!!!
