Wonderful Car Buying Experience
I would recommend John Hine Mazda of Mission Valley over any other Mazda dealership. They're professional, helpful, and are not out to get your money like other dealerships. They actually care about your car buying experience, and they want you to be happy with the car of your choice before talking about numbers. Michael Watkins was very helpful on telling me everything about mazda, answering all my questions, and being patient with me. I would buy another Mazda from him and this dealership when the time arises for another vehicle. Tyler is also a very good helpful person.

Best new car buying experience I ever had!
Javier and his team at John Hine Mazda was truly exceptional in helping me with my car buying experience! I recently bought a new car for my wife as a surprise graduation present. I had to work quickly and wanted to find the perfect car and get it financed without hassle. Javier did all the pre-sales negotiating with me online and over the phone. he was patient with me and I felt like I could trust that he was trying to provide me the best good deal. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact priced I expected. He walked me through the financing and cared about my needs. On the day of my wifes graduation the car was waiting there on the lot washed waxed with a bow! My wife was totally surprised and she just loves her new car! I could not have done this special surprise without Javier and his team at John Heinz Madza! Thank you all!

A remarkably decent and unexpectedly easy experience
As older customers, we had been expecting the traditional hard sell of the past. From our initial conversation with Michael Watkins, we were treated with unusual consideration and intelligence. Michael was completely open, knowledgeable, and low key. We never felt manipulated or pressured, and he was very accommodating to our requests and questions. Nor did his efforts end with our purchase, but he provided personal instruction on the car's technology ten days afterward, and continues to be available to our needs. Keith Gonzales and Tina Alo, have also displayed the same dedication to providing us with excellent and satisfying service. We couldn't be more pleased and surpised!

Cordial, punctual and honest. What more could I ask for?

Mazda Hines deserves more than five star rating for bringing such beautiful and way more than affordable cars in the lot. Carl just surpasses any salesperson that I have encountered in passed dealerships experiences. All he did was listen to what I want, and later I was driving a luxurious 2016 sport Mazda 6. Thanks Team Hines for accommodating my needs.
