Matt Ramser, our sales person, was fantastic. The rest of the buying experience not so much. We live in Florida but needed to purchase a car while in Louisville. The dealership assured us they would be able to handle the transfer. Upon returning to Florida we were informed by the Sarasota County Clerk that Oxmoor completely screwed up the deal. It’s costing us hundreds of dollars to get this car licensed where we live. I would not buy from this dealership again.Be careful.

Found a vehicle I liked and was ok with the price online.
Found a vehicle I liked and was ok with the price online. When I was given the full pricing it had over $1600 in taxable unremovable junk fees added. $600 of it was a "dealership fee" which was described as "added to complete all the paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle, including the sales contracts, filings with the DMV, and any other paperwork." Those items are all specifically what the Doc fee is supposed to cover.

We had a terrific experience with the folks at Oxmoor Mazada in Louisville, KY. I started my inquiries online and got very quick responses from Lilly Sanchez. The next day we visited the dealership and were greeted and taken care of by Matt Ramser. Matt is an extremely pleasant young man and, while somewhat new to the job, he was knowledgable and when a question arose he couldn't answer, he got the answer quickly. We did our negotiations with Matt and he was never high pressure, and it was as smooth as possible. Mario Convenuto took us through financing, and he was as knowledgeable and seasoned as they come. He was also very friendly and easy to converse with. We traveled about 2 1/2 hours to get to Oxmoor Mazada, and it was well worth it. I would enthusiastically recommend this dealership to anyone who asks!

The dealership was great!
The dealership was great! We had such a great experience. We went to at least 7 dealerships that day and I have to say the Mazda experience was the best. And the sales person Brendon Henson was amazing. The best sales person that day! Very knowledgeable and just excited for what he does. It made the choice to purchase a vehicle at Mazda that much more pleasant. Thank you so much for what you offer!

Do not purchase used car from here!!!!
Do not purchase used vehicle from this dealership! Sold us a used 2019 Ford and required us to purchase the Ford Easy care plan to cover bumper to bumper issues for $3800 at time of purchase. The car broke down after 6 months and we put in shop at Byerly Ford on Dixie so it would be covered under Easy Care only to find out the car had stop leak in transmission and was not covered under easy care plan and would cost us $5000 out of pocket and $10,000 to fix! We requested help from Mario Convenuto at Oxmoor Mazda who required us to purchase the Easy care plan and said vehicle had been properly inspected before we purchased it. But has not been able to provided us with any of the inspections that were completed or been any help to get this issue resolved. He is unresponsive to my many requests to get a copy of inspections completed on the car we purchased. They sold my 19 year old son and I a car with stop leak in transmission for his first car and he is now having to let the Loan go into default since he can’t pay to fix and is getting no help from the dealership who sold him a lemon with no inspections!
