Tire pressure should have been checked before leaving

Tire pressure should have been checked before leaving with vehicle. Got about 10 miles away when the low tire indicator came on. Stopped at a tire store, both front tires were at only 25psi and should have been 35 psi. Cody was great to work with and would recommend him.

Fraudulent business practice.

Fraudulent business practice. Final cost of vehicle was $10,000 more than sticker price and I can't find anyone who'll provide me with a copy of the sales sheet showing details. When I wouldn't accept the trade-in offer of $2500 general manager changed it to $6500. He failed to tell me that the $4,000 difference would be added to the sticker price. I was also charged for some kind of treatment package but don't know what that is nor do I have any paperwork regarding it. I would never recommend that dealership.

The internet person, Jennifer Bell scheduled an

The internet person, Jennifer Bell scheduled an appointment for me. She connecting me with Edgar and he was fantastic. I visited a couple times to test drive and he was always so kind and helpful. After much research, I decided on a cx5. He helped us negotiate an acceptable price and showed me how the get my car connected to the app and how to use many of the features. Overall this was a positive car buying experience. My only issue is the hidden fees that pop up only during negotiations. If they would be more forthcoming with that it would be so much better.

My salesman (Braden) was an intern, but he handled everything just like an old pro. Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and very helpful in making the car buying experience good. I was happily surprised that everything went so smoothly. I would definitely go back!
